This is an older UIC Class II well in Roane county. The permit expired in 2001. Inspections between 2001 and 2009 found the well out of service and needing to be plugged, but no further action appears to have been taken. Google Earth imagery shows tanks being removed from the site between 2010 and 2012. The well was classified as abandoned in May 2016.
